* Due to the nature of this position and the information that employees will be required to access, U.S. Citizenship is required.
* High School Diploma/GED is required.
* 2-4 years of Facilities work experience.
* Ability to demonstrate competent knowledge of building systems including but not limited to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevator, security, and warehouse systems.
* Ability to proactively identify and troubleshoot facility issues.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Experience with issue ticketing systems.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience with procurement and expense tracking.
* Willingness to engage in manual labor and work with hands.
* Willingness to have a flexible schedule to support early/late service visits and emergency situations.
* Must be a self-starter with efficient follow-through skills.
* Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
* Must be able to independently prioritize tasks, anticipate needs, initiate appropriate action, and exercise good judgment.
Pay Scale:
The hourly rate for this position ranges from $25.00 p/h - 28.85.00 p/h

Working Conditions:
Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are normally set from Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, however some extended or weekend hours may be required as well as on-call hours for emergencies. Additional details on theprecise hours will be informed to the candidate from the Program Manager/Hiring Manager.
Physical Requirements:
May be required to lift and carry items weighting up to 50 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching and bending throughout the work day.
Background Screening/Check/Investigation:
Successful Completion of a Background Screening/Check/Investigation will be required as a condition of hire.
