Stormwater Quality Engineer
Overview NV5 is seeking a dynamic and experienced Stormwater Quality Engineer to join our team of Water Resources experts in Long Beach, CA. Our comprehensive services span a wide range of sectors, helping public and private clients navigate the intricacies of stormwater management and regulatory compliance. In this leadership role, you will serve as a critical driver of growth and innovation within our Water Resources division. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of stormwater management in Southern California, leveraging your technical expertise and leadership skills to develop and execute strategic initiatives. As a seller-doer, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating client relationships, managing high-impact projects, and guiding our talented team to new heights of excellence. Our team supports a diverse and expanding client base across multiple sectors, including public agencies (Phase I and II NPDES Permittees), industrial clients (such as aerospace, manufacturing, and food service), educational institutions, and real estate development. This position is available for our Long Beach, CA office and offers a hybrid work setting, providing flexibility and a collaborative work environment. Responsibilities

Qualifications
The pay range for this California position is $120,000- $150,000 per year; however, base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. This information is provided per California Senate Bill 1162. Base pay information is based on market location.
