OVERVIEW: As a member of the Covington Plant Finance team, the Associate Finance Manager will support a strong fiduciary environment, analyze metrics and reporting, process financial transactions, and provide business insights for the plant budget. This role should lead peers to achieve plant goals, partner with plant operations to support the plant mission/business results and provide leadership backup as needed for the Covington Financial Operations Manager. Learn more about the Covington plant - Location_Resource_Covington_GA KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Support the build and ongoing execution of the annual plant budget Implement and monitor Internal controls Co-Lead Productivity process to meet site goal Complete financial transactions and ongoing reporting Provide backup support for the site's Financial Operations Manager Partner with other functions as needed to implement process improvement and productivity opportunities MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or related field 3+ Years of related experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel pivot tables, formulas, data analytics) Ability to work well on a cross-functional team, build effective relationships across all levels of the organization (Partnership for Impact), and coach/develop others Excellent verbal and written communication skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Experience working in a finance/accounting role within manufacturing Experience with SAP in a manufacturing environment Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Experience working in a finance/accounting role within manufacturing Experience with SAP in a manufacturing environment Financial acumen Proven analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills Desire to work cross functionally with all plant functions/levels ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS: International relocation or international remote working arrangements (outside of the US) will not be considered. Salary Range The salary range for this position is $90100.00 - $135300.00 / Annually.
