Responsibilities

Join Peraton in support to USINDOPACOM, its subordinate unified commands, component commands, direct reporting units, standing joint task forces, and strategic mission partners. We will provide enterprise-wide professional services to address staffing gaps and sustain operational readiness during peacetime, wartime, and contingency operations. Our services will cover critical functions that enable effective and efficient mission execution in a dynamic global threat and geo-political security environment across the USINDOPACOM AOR. They include but are not limited to Program Management and Services in Planning, Logistics, Training, Strategic Engagement, Analytics, Business Management and Communication.

As the Strategic Engagement Services Manager, you shall provide coordination support in making necessary arrangements with internal and external stakeholders, including foreign military partners, as part of planning efforts to develop event logistics, topic input, and event documentation in the planning of conferences, meetings, working groups, symposiums, and other types of events. This includes providing advisory, analysis, and facilitation for strategic initiatives; researching and analyzing strategic issues/initiatives; developing metrics, strategies, and databases; and planning and executing engagements, information, and outreach programs. This may include providing the following: site research and selection, coordinating personnel and equipment requirements, providing audiovisual and information technology support, on and off-site meeting and registration support, developing and distributing event materials, and coordinating security requirements for event venues.



Qualifications

Requirements:

    Cleared for Top Secret (TS) information and eligible for access to SCI.
  • Minimum of 12 years' experience with5 years of experience in event planning, coordination, and logistics management.
  • Experience working with internal and external stakeholders, including foreign military partners and government agencies.
  • Comprehensive understanding of strategic communication practices and outreach programs.
  • Experience in site research and venue selection for various event types.
  • Experience managing registration and support services for on and off-site meetings.

Desired:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Communications, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Government Meeting Professional (CGMP).
  • Experience in project management and event planning software.
  • Skills in coordinating security requirements for event venues.

Target Salary Range

$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
