OVERVIEW: Our Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Team is on a journey to build capabilities and to reshape our portfolio for growth in service to enterprise strategic objectives. We will pursue all transaction types including acquisitions, divestitures, partnerships, joint ventures and equity investments to accelerate our growth goals. Our work will facilitate capital deployment decisions and drive post-close value creation for shareholders. This role will be part of the M&A team that reports into the Finance organization and works closely with business leaders and cross-functional partners (HR, IT, legal, etc.) to develop financial models and analyze data. The Senior Financial Analyst will participate in many components of the due diligence process and interact with senior-level executives and advisors. Strong performance in this role can lead to in role or organizational advancement. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Salary Range The salary range for this position is $91900.00 - $138000.00 / Annually.
