Our Brand Management Leadership Development Program (BLDP) offers multiple rotations designed to build foundational Brand Management capabilities and prepare for leadership roles. The program includes a structured learning curriculum focused on developing skills necessary to build brands, run the business, and lead teams. The hourly rate for this position is $50.77/hour. At General Mills we strive for each employee's pay at any point in their career to reflect their experiences and skills for their role.
