Summary The Transportation, Storage, and Distribution Manager is required to coordinate, store, distribute supplies/goods to the appropriate government entities without any guidance. This position is required to oversee the transportation, storage, and distribution team, and operate in accordance with the Rapid Operations Material Management Contract. *Please Note: This position is contingent upon a contract award. We will not be actively responding to applicants until there is a need to move forward with this position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Supervision Responsible for the supervision, direction, and performance of a team of up to 30 personnel. Minimum Qualifications

Physical Demands The employee is regularly required to talk, including the ability to pass on information via the telephone, and verbally communicate with clients, staff and other employees, hear and see in order to perform his or her duties in a safe manner, including occasionally driving. The ability to lift up and move a minimum of 50 lbs., walk, bend, push, pull and stand is needed to perform all requirements of this position. Typically will have full dexterity of limbs to feel, reach, sit, kneel, stand, crawl or climb on small stepladders not to exceed 10 feet. Work Environment The work environment characteristics described in this job description are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential duties and responsibilities of this job. The work environment can vary from office/warehouse environment to field work outdoors depending on the mission and support required. Field work outdoors will be conducted under various weather conditions. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week. May be required to work beyond a weekly schedule on occasion. Education
Masters of Logistics /Supply Chain Management (preferred)
Bachelors of Logistics /Supply Chain Management (preferred) Experience
10 years: *Master's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or technical equivalent.
oBachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Technical equivalent and four years of additional work experience in lieu of a Master's Degree *Minimum of Ten (10) years of experience with at least five (5) years of experience must be in supply chain management. *Must be a U.S. citizen *Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance (required) Licenses & Certifications
Forklift Trainer (required)
Forklift Certiciation (required) DPAS Train the Trainer (preferred) Driver's License (required) Skills
