Stanley Consultants is seeking an individual to augment our engineering design and project management efforts for water resources for our West Palm Beach, FL office. Through your understanding of water resources challenges, goals, and value drivers, you will successfully link the company's capabilities to meet client needs and provide leadership in the areas of procuring and delivering projects. By collaborating with fellow members and partners, you will achieve client satisfaction and quality standards that result in valuable client relationships, positive name recognition, and repeat work. The Senior Water Resources Engineer / Senior Project Manager is responsible for building a strong client/contractor/subconsultant network through personal visits and active participation in client-focused organizations and industry related events. You will manage projects and lead pursuit teams in identifying and targeting project opportunities, capture planning, proposal, and interview preparation. You are team-focused, collaborative, and motivated to build Stanley Consultants' water resources portfolio for design and construction services along with the growth objectives of the company. Previous experience in developing, delivering, and managing water resource design projects and 10+ years of professional experience on projects is required, as well as the desire to grow personally and professionally with each client service/project management engagement. Stanley's Approach to Flexibility While some members choose to work out of their local office on a full-time basis, we offer a hybrid schedule for eligible positions consisting of two days a week in the office, two days a week remotely, and Friday being a flexible day that can be worked either in the office or at home.
