OVERVIEW The Graduate Development Program (GDP) is a two (2) year structured learning and development program for select new graduates who hired into the ASR Group Engineering team. An engineering career with ASR Group is a great way to apply what you have learned in the classroom. We offer hands on experience and the opportunity to build a foundation for your career. As part of the GDP, you will have access to support and mentorship from company leaders, technical subject matter experts, and former GDP participants who will all help guide you as you start your career with us. LOCATION:
SALARY PAY RANGE: $63,500 - $105,500 plus bonus The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on the candidate's qualifications and prior experience. Benefits include healthcare (medical, dental, vision, prescription drugs) available the first of the month following 30 days of employment, 401(k) with match, life insurance, AD&D, short-term disability, vacation, holiday and sick time.
