POSITION SCOPE The Graduate Development Program (GDP) is a two (2) year structured learning and development program for select new graduates who hired into the ASR Group Engineering team. As part of the GDP, you will have access to support and mentorship from Company leaders, technical Subject Matter Experts, and former GDP participants who will all help guide you as you start your career with us.
