Job Summary Job Description What is the Opportunity? As Manager, Internal Audit Learning and Support, you will provide delivery, administration, and facilitation support for the U.S. Internal Audit Learning & Development (L&D) strategy to strengthen people and organizational capabilities and performance, as part of the multi-year transformation of RBC Internal Audit. RBC Internal Audit leverages a unique perspective- with a coordinated view across the entire business-to deliver valuable advice that not only gives assurance, but that illuminates a bigger picture, connects dots, builds best practices, and broadens possibilities. We connect intelligence to protect and enable RBC. You will be supporting a future-focused and effective global learning eco-system, which inspires and enables shifts in learning mindsets and behaviors. The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $80,000-$135,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
