Overview TRC has an immediate need for a Senior Geotechnical Engineer and Team Leader to lead our Civil/Geotechnical Engineering practice in Santa Clara, CA. The position requires a strong technical, financial, business development and management background, and a solid reputation of building and maintaining key client relationships. This full-time position reports to the Vice President of Geo-Environmental Engineering. TRC's Santa Clara office has a vibrant, dynamic, and fast-paced work environment that thrives on teamwork and provides access to a broad spectrum of professional experiences. #LI-SE1 Compensation: In accordance with California state law, the following compensation range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition: $110,000 - $150,000 Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, and other compensable factors. Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
