Assistant/Associate/Professor-Peoria (Child Development) Assistant/Associate/Professor-Peoria (Child Development) Hiring Department: UICOMP-Pediatrics Location: Peoria, IL USA Requisition ID: 1026754 Posting Close Date: 10/31/2024 The University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria (UICOMP) seeks a physician for a position at the level of Professor, Associate Professor or Assistant Professor to enhance an important clinical program. The Child Development and Rehabilitation general pediatrician position requires candidates who have or are eligible for Illinois licensure, BC/BE in pediatrics and a passion for caring for infants and children who have or at risk of having neurodevelopmental disabilities. The general pediatrician will work with neurodevelopmental pediatricians, developmental behavioral pediatricians and nurse practitioners to support the continued development of several comprehensive service lines within the Division of Child Development and Rehabilitation. Candidates with scholarly and research interests are highly desirable, along with experience in teaching medical students and residents.
