Job Summary

Gain valuable experience from our Product Specialists who provide customers and end users with product and technical expertise and training.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities



  • Look up part numbers and cross-reference data for customer inquiries and quotes, performing a portion of the leg work under direction of the Product Manager
  • Be a liaison between Customer Service Representatives and Product Managers out on the road selling, helping to keep activities moving along in a timely manner
  • Assist with documents, data sheets, catalogs, and training materials in the literature library
  • Maintain product selection reference sheets (i.e.: proposed power supply comparison spreadsheet and others to be determined)
  • Assist with tracking and maintaining sales training records for Customer Service Representatives, Account Managers, and Product Managers to ensure our required supplier compliance
  • Research competition with direction from Product Manager to assist in future projections and summary reports
  • Assist Product Managers with training materials and customer training events
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

Education and Experience: Enrolled in an accredited program pursuing a degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Continuous Improvement, or another related field.
