Overview This role can be worked from various TRC office locations (https://www.trccompanies.com/offices/) We are seeking a Senior Technology Manager to lead our diverse software development initiatives, focusing on both custom and packaged software solutions. This pivotal role involves managing dynamic teams tasked with developing applications that utilize Java and Oracle with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, as well as AWS technologies for web-based applications. The Senior Technology Manager will oversee the entire development process from conceptual design through development and ongoing support, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing both cloud-based and on-premises applications, and a solid track record in financial management including budgeting and forecasting. Candidates with professional certifications in project management, Agile methodologies, and AWS technologies, will be given preference. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities (Duties):

Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.
