Your innovative ideas and enthusiasm, combined with our industry-leading expertise, will drive our continued success as the premier manufacturer of advanced motion and process control components and systems. * Program duration: 1-2 years Responsibilities Tackle real-world challenges by leveraging teamwork, engineering skills, problem-solving abilities, initiative, leadership, project management, and effective communication. As an entry-level engineer, you will collaborate with seasoned engineers to manage and execute independent projects. Additionally, you will provide support to other managers and engineers as needed. Parker's Engineering Leadership Development Associate Program offers two engineering tracks: * Research, evaluate and recommend viable solutions to business issues Manufacturing / Automation Track * Assist in equipment design activities utilizing engineering background and lead individual capstone project Qualifications To join this program, you need to meet or exceed the following criteria: * Bachelors of Science (BS) in Engineering or Focus in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Electrical, Computer Science, Electromechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Agricultural, motor design, robotics, and/or system integration * PLEASE NOTE: The incumbent MUST be either a US citizen, lawful permanent resident ["green card" holders] or have refugee or asylee status) as this role is subject to compliance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
