BASIC FUNCTIONS:
Parker's Quality Management Leadership Development Program (QLDP) offers you the opportunity to develop strong technical knowledge and professional experience preparing you to play a crucial role in Parker's success by supporting the overall strategic plan with quality-related processes and programs that will impact our customer relationships.

- Program duration: 2 years
- Program Structure: 4 rotational assignments
- Rotations' length: 6 months each.
- Travel requirements: The assignments will likely require relocation. You will also be required to travel to Parker's corporate headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio for program review, personal development and interaction with fellow program participants and mentors.
- Relocation requirements: Geographic flexibility is required both during and upon completion of the program.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Quality Leadership Development Research is responsible for learning and developing quality concepts and solutions by studying and applying various problem-solving methodologies to both manufacturing and non-manufacturing processes. Interacts with more experienced engineers and customers to manage and follow through on independent projects. Entry level engineering. This position will also assist other managers and engineers when applicable.
- Work with division or location Quality team to impact Parker's WIN Strategy objectives
- Demonstrate ability to understand and improve processes and procedures
- Develop skillsets in supervision, team leadership, and management
- Learn and apply problem-solving skills to improve processes and customer satisfaction
- Complete multiple technology courses and training programs
- Build broad business acumen while applying effective decision-making
To join this program, you need to meet or exceed the following criteria:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a focus in Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
- Graduation before June 2025
- Strong analytical skills, demonstration of leadership skills and professional maturity
- GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Working knowledge of lean concepts and demonstrated application.
- Relevant experience gained through internship or co-op opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; project management experience preferred.
- Must be willing and able to relocate.
