Apply Now > Save Job Job Saved Job Description: Cust Serv Supv Salary Grade: 08 Exempt Position Summary: The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for strategic oversight of OEM customer service operations at Hiawathaand Lakeville. The position will interact on a daily basis with customers, operations, logistics, and sales staff to effectively meet customer service standards and support Parker's strategic initiatives. Scope/ Supervision and Interaction: The position will directly report to the PSC Customer Service Manager and supervises related customer service personnel. Essential Functions: Supervise the daily customer service department workflow to ensure customers are serviced in a satisfying manner, and company goals are met. Qualifications: Parker considers this position safety-sensitive and therefore pre-employment testing for cannabis will be required as a condition of hire.
