Job Title: Senior Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO) Combat Air Force Analyst
Work Location: Nellis AFB, Nevada Clearance: Current/active TS+ Please note that you must be a US citizen to apply to the job posting Education: HS Diploma with twelve (12) plus years of related experience OR Bachelor's and eight (8) years of related experience Schedule: Monday - Friday day shift Travel: Occasional Salary: Commensurate with experience Job Listing Number: NV23009 LCAT: Sr Combat Air Force Analyst Overview: S4 Inc. employees selected for this position will be supporting USSTRATCOM JEMSOC missions in order to provide the JEMSOC Director with Planning, Analysis, Spectrum Management, and Intelligence support. In addition, S4 employees will support Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) for JCER to accomplish Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO) readiness evaluations in order to accredit each Service/United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). Specific Duties: In this position, you will be responsible for: Developing detailed mission analysis and integration of resources to determine capabilities to meet the JCER mission; Making recommendations to service or joint tactics, weapon schools, or publications based on findings of JCER evaluations; Conducting tactical, operational, and strategic level research concerning the impact of existing and emerging EMSO threats to joint operations; Evaluate emerging EMSO threats in order to present findings, conclusions, and recommendations based on evaluation results; Qualifications: Twelve (12) plus years of Operational level experience OR Bachelor's and eight (8) years of related experience Operational level experience required with preference to candidates with higher level broadening assignments such as Joint, CCMD or Service level staff; Understanding of current service capabilities and tactics with knowledge of vulnerabilities in the presence of threat EMSO in order to make recommendations to Service or joint tactics, weapon schools, or publications based on findings of JCER evaluations; Experience analyzing threat data and controlling receipt and dissemination of foreign intelligence information; Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher with desired experience of more than twelve (12) years in combat Air Force Desired expertise specializing in fighter/attack combat aircraft; however, experience in a combat air force platforms is acceptable; Preferably experience conducting studies, performing research, reporting, and making recommendations concerning instrumentation and evaluation resources necessary to execute risk reduction and evaluation events ensuring the coordination of communications, logistics, materiel, data collection and personnel training, issue and alternative definitions, and personnel requirements for each designated activity; Preferably experience working with partnering agencies that share interests in support of data collection, reduction, or JEMSO operations in conjunction with JCER evaluations; Training and certification as a PMP are highly recommended for individuals lacking requisite military leadership experience.
