Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Manufacturing Operations Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in optimizing our operational processes, enhancing efficiency, and driving strategic initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of data storage technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

    Analyze and evaluate existing operational processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor operational performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement process improvements.
  • Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and root causes of operational issues, and recommend solutions to address them.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Support the planning and execution of projects aimed at enhancing operational capabilities and scalability.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis and industry best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data storage technology to inform operational strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations analysis, business analysis, or a related role within the technology or data storage industry.
  • Expertise in Lean Manufacturing principles
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma standards and methodologies
  • Experience with SPC
  • Proven ability in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of data storage technologies and industry best practices is a plus.

Salary Range $75,000. - $90,000
