Job Summary Responsible for providing clinical education and driving opportunities for the Perioperative product portfolio. Serves as a key member in evaluations and clinicals implementations. Focuses on influencing clinical practice and operational efficiencies based on evidence-based best practices related to the hemodynamic monitoring of critical care, surgical oncology, and general surgery patients. Assists customers to incorporate evidence-based standards and guidelines into clinical practice with a goal to improve clinical outcomes through the protocolized implementation of Masimo Perioperative technologies. Develops relationships, leads clinical training, and works closely with sales to develop and implement educational events for customers with the goal of sharing best practices and the safe adoption and use of Masimo Perioperative products. Compensation Details: Base Salary Range between $75,000 - $90,000 Plus additional $19,000 Annual Variable target earnings 100% at plan. Actual placement within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to skills, education, and experience. Physical requirements/Work Environment This position primarily works in a field sales environment. It requires frequent sitting, standing and walking. Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required. May stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings or walking in the facilities. Must be able to lift, carry and transport equipment weighing up to 60lbs. Must be able to travel both domestically and locally (up to 60%-80% of the time), so the ability to operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid Driver's license is required.
