Learning Architect

Evolver Federal is seeking a candidate to satisfy a request for a Learning Architect for a program to support a government client.

Responsibilities:

The Learning Architect will be responsible for:

• Collecting, maintaining, exchanging, and securing the data contained in the learning management program run by the government client
• Developing and implementing machine learning techniques and identifying possible problems within the learning management system and find ways to resolve any potential problems
• Acting as an expert in Machine Learning and AI technologies and their intricacies
• The Learning Architect will have a heavy hand in the program conceptualization, development, and maintenance
• Analyzing, architecting, and developing data sets used in the existing program and plans for further machine learning and AI use
• The Learning Architect will also participate, and, at some points, lead discussions related to the government program and data specifics

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, other related discipline, or equivalent experience; 10+ years of relevant industry experience
• 7 years of experience in instructional design
• 5 years of experience performing as a technical instructor as it relates to educational technology platforms
• 5 years of experience using Cornerstone on Demand (CSOD)

Preferred Requirements:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, showcasing the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Proven knowledge of the use of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
• Knowledge or experience in configuring, modeling, and enhancing virtual agent/chat bot
• Proven work experience as a Learning Architect in a government environment
• Proven experience with learning technology
• Master's degree preferred
