Required Job Qualifications:
*Bachelor's AND 2 years of insurance, marketing or customer service experience; OR 6 years of insurance, marketing or customer service experience.
*Knowledge of group insurance, especially larger accounts.
*Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills.
*Creative writing, analytical and organizational skills.
*Strong Interpersonal skills.
*Self-starting;
*Analytical skills
*Experience collaborating across functional groups.
*Detailed oriented.
*PC proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point.
*Proficient skills and experience meeting deadlines while working in a fast paced, high workload environment.
*Strong interpersonal skills and experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership.
*Team building skills.
*Project Management skills.

Preferred Job Qualifications:
*Experience in proposal writing and development
*Dental benefits, terminology, and product knowledge
*Experience with Qorus or a similar proposal response database
