Job Overview:

We are excited to offer a 12-week remote paid Site Readiness Internship opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience within our Global Project Delivery Department. As an intern, you will work closely with our experienced Regulatory Strategy to support various client engagement projects and contribute to the advancement of medical knowledge.

Internship Assignment Summary:

  • Serve as primary contact for investigative sites and ensure documents required are collected
    in a timely manner
  • Collect and track all the necessary documents required and perform a quality review, formatting and compilation of the final documents for effective and compliant site activation and maintenance
  • Ensure that all assigned maintenance and Start-up activities are on track and in accordance with client expectations, ICH/GCP, SOPs, budget, quality and applicable laws and guidelines
  • Update study documents when there are changes in study personnel/study amendments
  • Ensure high quality documents are filed, and systems are updated on an ongoing and timely basis making Fortrea ready for an audit at any time

Education/Qualifications/Skills:

  • Working towards bachelor's degree or master's degree in a related field, such as Biomedical Engineering, Biology, Chemistry or Health Sciences
  • Ability to work with others in a team environment
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills
  • Demonstrates ability to identify and recommend processes improvements
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative style
  • Excellency in organizational, time management and decision-making/critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
