The Regional Director is responsible for:
Requirements: * CAP (or reciprocal to FL), MCAP (or reciprocal to FL), LMHC, LMFT or LCSW *Bachelor's degree in business, health administration, or related field * Corrections and multi-site managemend experience required * Hybrid role - must be willing to travel between Lakeland and Tallahassee facilities * Valid local driver's license and willingness to travel up to 50% * Strong knowledge of health administration regulations and standards, program funding and financing, laws and regulations * Working knowledge of management theories and techniques * Strong communication skills to lead and motivate assigned staff; develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with correctional personnel and funding agency representatives, and deliver complex reports and correspondence, and formal presentations. * Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to organize, plan and direct activities and operations, oversee and direct the work of others, investigate and resolve conflicts and deficiencies, resolve barriers to achievement of program services goals and objectives. * Strong organizational skills to organize, evaluate, plan operations of diverse programs and services dispersed across wide geographic region Physical Requirements: * Ability to read, write, and understand and follow written instructions * Ability to use a keyboard and video display terminal to receive, retrieve, and/or audit information and data * Ability to record, proofread and check documents and files for accuracy * Ability to respond to telephones, and to hear and detect alarms and unusual noises * Ability to walk and move about the facilities for up to two hours at a time, to monitor and interact with clients Compensation (based on experience and credentials):
