About the Role The Sales and Service Center virtual Sales Manager is responsible for front-line sales delivery. The SM operates ethically to enable sales and support contact center best practices. Must be Ready To Sell (RTS) in advance of the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP). Responsibilities * Driving sales results through daily, weekly, monthly agent performance management and accountability. * Managing outbound tele sales campaigns. * Communicating effectively, addressing positive and negative performance issues timely. * Managing performance issues and and defining a plan of action to address and timeline to improve. * Developing sales strategies to enable agents to deliver revenue goals. Monitoring each agent's daily performance against monthly goals and objectives. * Ensuring the team is meeting or exceeding all key performance indicators. * Conducting virtual sales meetings to review performance and maintain high levels of team engagement. * Monitoring attendance, adherence, and address long agent handle-times, provide support when needed. * Handling all customer complaints related to the Benefits Advisor or service delivery received. * Supporting the leadership team through accurately reporting service center metrics, addressing carrier, operational and client team needs. Requirements * Maintain Life and Health insurance license in your home state. * Demonstrate the ability to manage process, solve problems, and create positive customer resolution to reduce escalations. * Experience with customer-focused performance metrics and continuous improvement management. * Experience of 3+ years in Medicare sales, people management, sales coaching, and contact center management. * Demonstrate the highest levels of integrity, responsibility, discipline, quality and teamwork. * Handle and manage processes, solve problems, and create positive customer resolution to reduce escalations.
