Description
Responsible for maintaining research and quality databases, and develop standard and custom reports from these databases, monitoring, analyzing and participating in recommending improvements. The incumbent will be responsible for monitoring metrics of success and developing and keeping current a scorecard for distribution. The incumbent may implement or assist with implementing solution design decisions, improvements and tailor the designated application to meet the requirements of the end users. Help in the development of policies and procedures as appropriate identifies and escalate issues as appropriate. Assist in end-user training and troubleshooting. Assume projects as assigned. Qualifications
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree (Required) Minimum Work Experience 2 years Relevant experience (Required) Required Skills/Knowledge Excellent organizational, project coordination and data management skills. Other essentials skills include attention to detail and accuracy; expertise with Microsoft Office components Ability to work with various types of people and to work under deadlines Excellent verbal communication skills.
