Description
This position will require employees to be at the office one day a week and to complete visits to partners and colleges as needed. The Assistant Director, Cause Marketing & Children's Miracle Network (CMN) Partners will be on the CMN Partners team and plays a key role in increasing unrestricted revenue for the foundation. The position is responsible for managing mid-level Children's Miracle Network Hospitals partnerships and local cause marketing partnerships in the $50,000-$350,000 range. This includes strategy development, campaign support, and stewardship. The Assistant Director, Cause Marketing & CMN Partners is responsible for raising $750,000 annually, with a focus on unrestricted revenue. Some night and weekend work required. Access to a vehicle preferred. Qualifications
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or other related field (Required) Minimum Work Experience 4 years of technical development experience with a proven record in lower level major gifts, high end annual gifts or special event execution, or managing a component of the marketing program preferably in a healthcare or academic setting (Required) Required Skills/Knowledge Strong written and verbal communication skills (including phone skills such as warm tone, good speaking cadence, clear and articulate speech) Effective interpersonal skills that demonstrate poise, tact, patience, and courtesy Must demonstrate initiative, energy, confidence, strong donor service attitude, and willingness to contribute to a teamwork-driven environment High levels of professionalism, compassion, creativity and integrity Proven experience in successfully building and cultivating donor relationships A willingness to work collaboratively to produce fundraising strategies and tactics Proven sense for developing tactics to meet goals and objectives Ability to manage time and task completion effectively Strong familiarity with The Raiser's Edge software and/or other donor-related platforms Functional Accountabilities Fundraising
