As a Program Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in monitoring programs, evaluating strategies, and crafting impactful messaging that influences policy decisions. Compensation & Benefits: Estimated Starting Salary Range for Program Specialist: $123,379.26 Pay commensurate with experience.
