As Supplier EDI Analyst, you'll implement electronic transaction sets with trading partners to improve Dot's operational efficiencies.

WHAT YOU'LL DO



  • Collaborate with Dot's business partners to implement electronic business transactions (EDI)
  • Participate in meetings with trading partners to explain Dot's EDI capabilities and requirements
  • Provide education and ongoing support on electronic business transactions for trading partners and Dot internal departments
  • Configure and maintain partner agreements and communications utilizing AS2 & SFTP protocols
  • Work proactively with internal departments to increase utilization of electronic transactions to create efficiencies by automating their workflow
  • Analyze data and create reporting to communicate progress on strategic initiatives and goals to all levels of the company
  • Assist with planning and execution of large-scale EDI software conversion and migration of maps and trading partners
  • Apply lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position


YOU MUST HAVE



  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and planning skills
  • Understanding of EDI standards (EDI X12)
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Microsoft Excel experience


YOU MAY ALSO HAVE



  • CIS, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, or related degrees
  • Understanding of AS2 and SFTP communication protocols
  • Experience with SEEBURGER integration software


ROLE SPECIFICS



  • Travel - Occasional overnight travel for internal trainings and meetings. Must have ability to travel independently as needed, without restriction by all modes of transportation, including car, plane, or train.
  • Schedule - ability to work flexible hours; may include evening & weekend hours as needed
