Exercise Planning Analyst As required by our governmental client, this position requires being a US Citizen AND an active TS/Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) clearance. We are seeking a skilled Exercise Planning Analyst to oversee and coordinate wing exercises, integrating them with Joint Chiefs of Staff (CJCS) and Combatant Command (CCMD) events. The ideal candidate will support exercise planning and execution, construct exercise scenarios, and provide comprehensive analysis and recommendations. Compensation & Benefits: Estimated Starting Salary Range for Exercise Planning Analyst: Pay commensurate with experience. Exercise Planning Analyst Responsibilities Include: * Integrate, coordinate, and de-conflict wing exercises with CJCS and CCMD exercise events. * Support operation and tactical unit exercise representatives and trusted agents. * Construct exercise scenarios for wing-supported exercises. * Serve as a white cell member during exercise execution, monitoring the progress of Blue Force players. * Coordinate wing exercise development both internally and externally. * Serve as a lead exercise planner and/or assist lead exercise planners for wing exercises. * Conduct reviews of Joint Training Information Management System (JTIMS) wing training objectives. * Prepare briefings and reports to summarize exercise findings, analysis, and recommend best courses of action. * Prepare after action reports and lessons learned for wing exercises to improve future planning and execution. * Performs other job-related duties as assigned Exercise Planning Analyst Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: * Minimum of three years of experience as an exercise planning analyst or qualification as an operator (within the last 5 years) on any cyber weapon system. * Strong understanding of exercise planning and coordination. * Experience in constructing and managing exercise scenarios. * Ability to prepare comprehensive briefings, reports, and after-action reviews. * Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal Company Information: Cherokee Nation Strategic Programs (CNSP) is a part of Cherokee Federal - the division of tribally owned federal contracting companies owned by Cherokee Nation Businesses.
