Training Coordinator

Provide administrative support the training program through various functions including scheduling, preparation, tracking and review of training events.

Compensation & Benefits:



  • Estimated Starting Salary Range for Training Coordinator:
  • Pay commensurate with experience.
  • Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.



Training Coordinator Responsibilities Include:



  • Coordinates training events for facility including logistics, equipment, material availability.
  • Create and maintain training schedules, attendance and completion through coordination of departments and facility.
  • Track data and provide metrics for contract reporting requirements.
  • Assist instructor with editing and updating training materials as needed.
  • Assist with other administrative supporting task as assigned.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.



Training Coordinator Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:



  • High School diploma ad two years of experience in Human Resources, Training or a related field.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Spanish and English (e.g., reading, writing, speaking, listening).
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Hold valid passport with ability to travel as needed.
  • Able to maintain proficiency in all facets of assigned work sufficient to ensure recertification.
  • Available to work various shifts and overtime, as needed.
  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
