Weapons & Tactics Analyst As required by our governmental client, this position requires being a US Citizen AND an active TS/Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) clearance. We are seeking a knowledgeable Weapons & Tactics Analyst to support wing tactical units with expertise in weapons and tactics. The ideal candidate will research, analyze, and deliver briefings and assessments on events affecting Air Force-related networks, provide training and support in defensive cyberspace operations (DCO), and facilitate various tactical and training initiatives. Weapons & Tactics Analyst Responsibilities Include: * Provide weapons and tactics support to wing tactical units. * Research, analyze, prepare, and deliver briefings and assessments for events impacting Air Force-related networks to operation crews and wing leadership. * Identify and communicate problem areas in DCO. * Provide DCO training for wing subordinate units. * Analyze, create, and post DCO tactical information reports. * Facilitate wing tactics review boards. * Collect, analyze, report, record, and communicate tactics improvement proposals. * Integrate cyberspace weapons systems tactics, techniques, and procedures into the wing exercise program. * Facilitate tactics, intelligence, training, and standardization/evaluation (stan/eval) meetings quarterly. * Facilitate the tactical planners course and the weapons instructor course selection process. * Facilitate cyber-specific tactical planning events. * Review lessons learned from subordinate units and identify areas requiring additional weapons and tactics training. * Performs other job-related duties as assigned Weapons & Tactics Analyst Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: * Minimum of three years of experience as a weapons and tactics analyst, qualification as an operator (within the last 5 years) on any cyber weapon system, or as an intelligence analyst supporting a cyber weapon system (within the last 5 years). * Strong understanding of weapons and tactics, particularly in the context of cyberspace operations. * Ability to analyze and improve tactical operations and training programs. * Excellent briefing, assessment, and communication skills. * Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal Company Information: Cherokee Nation Strategic Programs (CNSP) is a part of Cherokee Federal - the division of tribally owned federal contracting companies owned by Cherokee Nation Businesses.
