Senior ServiceNow Developer Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
- Requires a Top-Secret Clearance.
- 3-5 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform, including development, administration, and implementation.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, React, and other ServiceNow scripting languages, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience.
- 2-3 years of experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and AJAX.
- 3-5 years of experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) modules, including Incident, problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Asset Management.
- 2-3 years of experience working in Agile development environments, including participation in sprints and scrum meetings.
- Understanding of database concepts, including SQL and relational database management systems, with 2-3 years of experience.
- 2-3 years of experience with designing and customizing the user interface in ServiceNow.
- 3-5 years of experience with the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, development, testing, and deployment.
- Special System Knowledge: DOS Crisis application development, custom applications
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (Preferred)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
