Job Overview:

This position is responsible for providing clerical support functions including, scheduling, reception of patients, ordering exams, answering the telephone, filing and maintaining medical records. This position also includes clinical functions including, rooming of patients and provider assistance in clinic. This position demonstrates a working knowledge of the Epic scheduling system. Assists providers and nurses when needed. Coordinates daily activities for timely completion of tasks and maintains office supply inventory.

Job Requirements:

High School Degree
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Up to 1 year experience exposure to professional environment preferably in a clinical setting.

Other job-related information: This position will require a willingness to travel to all clinic sites. Our patients are served at Bethesda Butler, Bethesda North and Good Samaritan hospitals.
