Job Profile SOW Job Title: Scenario Development Analyst Job Code: SSE700 Location: San Antonio, TX Reports To: Program Manager FLSA Status: Exempt Prepared Date: 8/2/2024 Supervisory Level: No supervisory/management authority Scenario Development Analyst As required by our governmental client, this position requires being a US Citizen AND an active TS/Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) clearance. We are seeking a skilled Scenario Development Analyst to create and integrate cyber scenarios for wing range environments. The ideal candidate will research and analyze cyber threats, develop realistic training scenarios, and coordinate the integration of these scenarios into wing exercises. This role involves preparing briefings, participating in coordination meetings, and reviewing after action reports. Compensation & Benefits: Estimated Starting Salary Range for Scenario Development Analyst: Pay commensurate with experience. Scenario Development Analyst Responsibilities Include: * Provide cyber scenario development services for wing range environments. * Research and analyze malware, security threats, and vulnerabilities to create immersive and realistic training scenarios. * Perform integration functions to aid in the incorporation of scenario development products into established range environments. * Serve as the lead scenario developer and coordinator to ensure weapon system capabilities are effectively integrated into wing exercises. * Prepare briefings and reports to summarize scenario development findings, analysis, and recommended courses of action. * Review and produce after action reports and lessons learned to enhance future scenario development and training. * Participate in range/scenario development coordinating meetings, providing feedback and updates to appropriate collaboration sites. * Performs other job-related duties as assigned Scenario Development Analyst Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: * Minimum of three years of experience as a scenario developer/range planning analyst or qualification as an operator (within the last 5 years) on any cyber weapon system. * Strong understanding of cyber threats, malware, and vulnerabilities. * Experience in scenario development and integration into range environments. * Ability to prepare detailed briefings, reports, and after-action reviews. * Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal Company Information: Cherokee Nation Strategic Programs (CNSP) is a part of Cherokee Federal - the division of tribally owned federal contracting companies owned by Cherokee Nation Businesses.
