Recruiting Manager The Recruiting Manager will manage a team to identify, recruit, select and place qualified candidates for management, professional, and technical positions. Develop and implement recruitment and employment programs that will attract, develop, and deploy talent to drive business goals for their assigned Sector(s). Compensation & Benefits:

Recruiting Manager Responsibilities Include:
- Manages recruitment and employment programs, implementing improvements to staffing processes, including sourcing and selection.
- Works with management to ensure the timely understanding of current and future workforce needs. Evaluates these needs, providing advice as appropriate.
- Directs, motivates, and develops staff, maximizing individual contributions and supporting professional growth.
- Develops recruitment best practices that support the organization's goals and direction.
- Develops and manages community events such as job fairs, advertising, recruiting materials, traditional media, and social media to increase applicant pools of qualified candidates.
- Oversees the development of an applicant database, monitor applicant progress through the application process, and produce actionable reports and information.
- Ensures applicable recruiting activities are in compliance with OFCCP, EEO, and Affirmative Action Plans.
- Oversees the Hiring Protocol and Outreach lists.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Recruiting Manager Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
- Requires a bachelor's degree and 7 years of prior recruiting/staffing experience to include a minimum of 3 years recruiting leadership or management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have recruiting experience in the federal contacting sector. PHR or SPHR Certification preferred.
- Experience consulting with hiring managers in all matters relating to recruitment/staffing.
- Excellent communication skills, including good writing skills, are required.
- Demonstrated positive track record in conducting effective and timely employment searches for an organization undergoing rapid change
- Ability to motivate and engage others to achieve staffing goals.
- Ability to educate hiring managers and leadership on the recruiting process.
