YOUR OPPORTUNITY We have an exciting General production supervisor opportunity at our processing facility. The general supervisor is responsible for the daily operations on a shift for a pork processing facility harvesting over 21,000 animals per day. This position provides management to direct reports who manage up to 200+ hourly employees. Oversight of either a harvest, primal cut, or conversion production floor ensuring adherence to product quality and food safety standards while achieving production goals. Responsible for employee and workplace safety, improving performance, productivity, efficiencies, and profitability of departmental and organizational operations utilizing effective methods and strategies to improve processes.
