YOUR OPPORTUNITY We have an exciting Industrial Maintenance Trainer opportunity in our Guymon processing facility. In this highly impactful role, you will be a key facilities/maintenance/engineering department member. This position is responsible for the orientation of new employees to the maintenance department to ensure all required certification training is completed, standard operating procedures are acknowledged, acts as a Procter for level assessments, and ensures all new hires understand all Company requirements for workplace and food safety protocols. Additionally, this position is the liaison between the Company and third-party vendors utilized for competency and skills-based training. WHY SEABOARD FOODS?
