Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including web designers, developers, content creators and marketing teams to develop web strategies that integrate technology, analytics, creative, and content to deliver outstanding user experiences. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Formulate and execute comprehensive web strategies for multiple websites within the academic health system, aligning with organizational objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of web strategies with broader marketing, communications and organization initiatives. Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple websites, ensuring content accuracy, relevance, and compliance with industry standards and best practices. Conduct regular audits and assessments of website usability and user experience, recommend optimizations and implement improvements based on analytics, user feedback, and industry trends. Utilize web analytics tools to track and analyze key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with leadership and content creators to develop and implement a strategy that ensures our web content is optimized for user engagement and search engine performance. Monitor SEO trends and algorithms, adapting strategies accordingly to maximize organic traffic. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather project requirements and provide solutions that will deliver successful outcomes. Stay up-to-date with web industry trends, legal and regulatory requirements, and best practices. May complete unit/department-specific duties as outlined in department documents. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, computer science or a related field. Three (3) years of professional experience updating and maintaining websites using a content management system (CMS). Experience providing strategic direction for websites and other digital channels. Experience with keyword and web data analysis. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience managing website content via Drupal CMS (preferred) or other CMS platforms. Experience in the healthcare or academic sectors. Experience with search listings management tools, such as Google My Business or Yext.
