Learn more about living in Columbia, MO. BASIC FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITY: To assist in the supervision of clinical support staff and participate in the patient care activities and daily operations. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Assesses the patient's condition and nursing needs, sets goals, and prescribes appropriate nursing actions to meet those goals and the physical, psychological, social, and rehabilitative needs of the patient. SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Supervision is received from the clinic supervisor or Practice Manager. SUPERVISION EXERCISED: Functional supervision is exercised over the clinical support staff of the clinic. See a comprehensive list of benefits here. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Missouri Board of Nursing RN or Nurse Licensure Compact multi-state RN. When primary state of residency changes, compact state RNs must apply under new state of residency within thirty (30) days. One (1) year of nursing experience. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Two (2) years of nursing experience. Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree. Supervisory experience. Clinic setting experience. Additional license/certification requirements as determined by the hiring department.
