Description & Requirements
As a Senior Associate in our Talent Shift, LLC Operations team, you will be a valued member of our team and will build relationships with leaders across the firm. How you will contribute:
  • Monitor financial reporting processes for the business working across multiple systems with large data sets, ensuring data consistency, accurate reporting, and publishing routine performance reports to leadership
  • Oversee processes and policy development around time entry, billing, and invoicing to drive a structured check process
  • Manage the employee experience process through ongoing touchpoints with professionals during their service period and assist HR Business Partner as needed with onboarding and offboarding
  • Drive the engagement repository and workpaper retention requirements to adhere to Talent Shift, LLC processes and adhere to Firm guidelines
  • Build relationships with engagement leaders, shared services team members, and key stakeholders across the firm
  • Lead team meetings such as weekly pipeline calls and foster discussion and collaboration in the meeting focused on quality discussions
  • Have an eye for risk by escalating employee issues to leadership or HR as appropriate
  • Maintain and foster a positive working environment with our Talent Shift, LLC community
  • Design and develop strategic initiatives to engage with employees and alumni
  • Provide guidance and support to the Talent Shift, LLC Sourcing team on technology and reporting
  • Provide coaching and direction for other staff, as needed

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree required
  • 3+ years of experience in an Operations function. Prior successful experience with corporate accounting, financial reporting, HR operations, and/or employee relations preferred
  • Experience in 3rd party vendor management or contracts management preferred
  • Working knowledge of iCIMS preferred
