SUMMARY OF POSITION Kinsley is actively seeking motivated Foremen to oversee riggers, millwrights, and skilled laborers from our Hagerstown, MD/Greencastle, PA Office. Our projects encompass machinery moving, complete facility relocations, plant maintenance, piping disconnects and reconnects, and the installation of various material handling systems. An ideal candidate will possess a solid background in the field, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to direct others while making quick, informed decisions. This position is a "Working Foreman" role, requiring hands-on involvement alongside crews to ensure project completion.
