JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

The Penn State College of Medicine, Department of Pediatrics, in Hershey, PA, is seeking an innovative and highly driven Grants and Contracts Administrator for the Beat Childhood Cancer Consortium in the Division of Hematology/Oncology.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with pre-award and post award sponsored programs activity for the Beat Childhood Cancer (BCC) Research Consortium at a sponsor level. This will include assisting with proposal submission, award acceptance, review and acceptance of sponsor administration guidelines, and study budgets.

  • Assist with coordination Medicare cost analysis (MCA) and trial budgets with the Clinical Trials Office Pre-Award Team

  • Assist with Beat Childhood Cancer Research Consortium contract processes. This includes the draft, review, negotiation, and execution of all BCC contracts at a sponsor level.

  • Assist with processing BCC invoices

  • Assist in job aids/sops and other special projects as determined

This position is to be performed fully remote

This is a limited-term position funded for one year from date of hire, with possibility of refunding.

  • Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Background Check
  • Pennsylvania Child Abuse History
  • Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Criminal Background Check

The salary range for this position, including all possible grades is:

$61,800.00 - $102,300.00
