This position reports to the Assistant Dean for Access and Equity. Work Arrangements: This position requires the successful candidate to work in person and on campus. Some travel is required. A hybrid work arrangement may be considered. Education and Experience: This position will be filled as a Compliance Specialist Intermediate Professional or Advanced Professional, depending on the final applicant's experience and education. Minimum requirements for the Intermediate Professional level include a Bachelor degree and 1 or more years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.A Master's degree is preferred. This position requires the following clearances: PA State Police Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form, and Federal (FBI) Fingerprint Criminal Background Check. This position requires that you operate a motor vehicle as a part of your job duties. A valid driver's license and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check will be required in addition to clearances.
