The Opportunity: Accounting Adjunct Faculty Position The School of Business is looking for a part-time adjunct faculty member to teach accounting and related fields starting in fall 2023.The faculty member will provide hands-on learning activities that stimulate student involvement and encourage critical thinking in Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting or Forensic Accounting. Adjunct faculty prepare syllabi and instruction materials, coordinates class sessions and develop assessments of the performance of their students. QualificationsRequired qualifications include a master's degree with at least 18 graduate hours in the required discipline or related field; effective communication and interpersonal skills; sensitivity to academic and cultural diversity; demonstrated proficiency using computer applications, online resources, and other technologies for the classroom.Previous teaching experience is preferred. |
