The Opportunity We are currently hiring adjunct faculty to teach HIST 130 - History of Aviation in America at our Colorado Springs, CO Campus. Course Description A survey of the history of America in the 20th century, the course emphasizes the explosive growth of aviation as a major influence upon the economic, military, and societal development of the United States. Please note that ERAU policy requires that all adjuncts be physically located within the United States while working for the University, including duringtraining.Presently,we are able to support work for new adjuncts from all U.S. states exceptCalifornia.ERAU does not support work from international locations with some limited exceptions for individuals who are residing and working from U.S. military bases. QualificationsApplicant Qualifications Terminal or Masters degree teaching discipline, or a Masters degree with a concentration in teaching discipline (minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in the teaching discipline). Applicable Professional Certification: Certain civilian or military aviation related experiences may apply toward the applicant qualification; however the candidate must be otherwise academically qualified.
