The Neurosciences Service Line at University of Minnesota - M Health Fairview offers wide range of services as well as the most effective treatments, including procedures, pre-hab and neurologic testing, for a variety of conditions such as chronic pain management, spinal cord injury, concussion, post covid, stroke and spine care in specialties of Neuropsychology, Physiatry (PM & R) and Pain Management. Our Neurosciences team, in combination with our specialized providers, nurses, pharmacists, dedicated programs and facilities, makes a comprehensive treatment plan for our patients. From a comprehensive intake to in-clinic procedures to planning next steps, our team members are trained to facilitate the best experience for our patients.
