Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work Remotely with our client. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • The candidate is looking for an energetic and proficient Midwest Sales Representative to travel to assigned territories to meet with potential and current customers, negotiate sales contracts, and tell clients about new products, updates, and features.
  • Book of business needed.
  • Established book of business in T&D market, preferably in construction
  • Prepare sales quotes, presentations, and other documents as needed to support the sales team.
  • Assist with marketing strategies and initiatives as directed.
  • Provide shipping quotes, ship & track LTL shipments (primarily Scout sales).
  • Provide overseas shipping quotes, track shipments, and work with customers on international sales.
  • Identify and establish contact with potential customers.
  • Schedule and perform product demonstrations with potential customers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
  • Attend industry trade shows to identify potential sales leads and make meaningful contact with existing customers.
  • Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales.
  • Recommend marketing strategies to target a specific region or demographic.
  • Generate and submit sales reports to management.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $100 - 150k / Year.

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Transmission & Distribution.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Marketing and advertising Transmission.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in sales/marketing.
  • Minimum 2 years of book of business in the T&D (transmission and distribution) Industry experience.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Able to work independently and solve problems.
  • General understanding of the manufacturing and production industry.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate within the team.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and handle multiple projects.

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
  • Ability to sit for long periods, view computer screens, and perform repetitive movements.
  • Able to travel.
