Acara Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our client on a Full Time Direct Hire opportunity located in Anaheim CA
First shift 6AM - 2:30PM
90 - 125K salary

Position Overview: The Manufacturing Engineer role involves coordinating the production of aerospace machined parts, optimizing machining processes, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Production Planning: Plan and coordinate the production of aerospace machined parts, ensuring efficient schedules and timely delivery.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and production teams to align schedules, address technical requirements, and resolve production issues.
  • Process Optimization: Optimize machining processes to meet quality standards and customer specifications. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure strict adherence to quality control procedures and safety regulations. Provide feedback on findings and updates on production status.
  • Technical Understanding: Interpret technical documents and engineering drawings to effectively plan and manage production tasks. Utilize knowledge of machining, heat treatment, and surface treatment processes.
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • 5 yrs. minimum experience within Manufacturing, Machining and Planning of hard metal parts
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Technical Expertise: Familiarity with machining, heat treatment, and surface treatment processes. Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and ERP systems.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills for process optimization and troubleshooting manufacturing issues. Knowledge of metallurgical principles is beneficial.
  • Industry Standards: Understanding of aerospace standards such as AS9100 and NADCAP, as well as safety protocols.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to provide updates, seek feedback, and collaborate with various stakeholders.
